완성된 반죽을 비닐에 담아 냉장고에서 1시간 동안 휴지시킵니다.

2. 쿠키 굽기

휴지가 끝난 반죽을 70g씩 분할하여 팬에 올립니다.

반죽을 주걱으로 납작하게 누르고, 취향에 따라 초코칩을 추가로 올려줍니다.

180도로 예열된 오븐에서 12분간 구워줍니다.

다 구워진 쿠키를 식힘망에서 완전히 식혀줍니다.

3. 응용: 누네쿠키 만들기

초콜릿을 제외한 나머지 재료로 위와 동일한 방법으로 쿠키를 구워줍니다.
