Hello, baking friends! I'm here with a vegan recipe today. I used to love making vegan desserts and posted recipes quite frequently on my YouTube channel. Somehow, I lost interest and haven't made any for a while. The hard part was making them taste great without butter, cream, and eggs, which I really love for their taste and texture. However, this recipe I've made is just so good that I had to share it here. My family didn't know that it was vegan!!! ๐๐๐

Vegan banana cake
Bananas(very ripe mashed) 125g
Brown sugar 60g
Grape seed oil 40g (You can use any oil you want)
Vanilla extract 4g
All-purpose flour 95g
Baking soda 4g
Unsweetened plant milk 30g (I used unsweetened almond milk)
- Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes. (If you use a convection oven it will take about 25minutes and if not, it will take about 30 minutes)
Vegan Milk chocolate cremeux
Vegan milk chocolate (Valrhona Amatika 46%) 100g
Corn starch 5g
Water 10g
Almond milk 90g
Vegan Chocolate Glaze
Vegan milk chocolate (Valrhona Amatika 46%) 120g
Toasted chopped peanuts 30g (You can use any nuts you want)
Grape seed Oil 25g (You can use any oil you want)
