Place 3 peeled bananas into a blender-safe container.

Add 3 spoons of allulose.

Pour in 100ml of milk.

Add 3 to 4 spoons of peanut butter.

Blend all ingredients with a hand blender until smooth.

Pour the blended mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 3 hours.

Once frozen, scoop the ice cream into a bowl.

Optionally, garnish with peanut powder and cinnamon powder before serving.
