Cinnamon roll popovers 🫶🏼✨

Cinnamon rolls or churros?! Both sound about right 🤭 Light and airy but crispy on the outside 🤤 if you’re like me and need quick alternatives then this one’s for you for a lazy quick version for a cinnamon roll! don’t forget to save for later!
🛒ingredients:
190g (1 1/2 cups) plain flour
360ml (1 1/2 cups) milk
3 eggs
1tbsp melted butter + extra to grease muffin tin and glaze
*Erythritol/sugar+ cinnamon to make “cinnamon sugar”
👩🍳how to:
1.preheat oven to 220c with muffin tin in the oven.
2.in the meantime, whisk flour, eggs, milk and melted butter (you can also use a blender)
3.take hot muffin tin out and grease with butter
4.fill each muffin cup about 3/4 with the batter (I got 8 out of this batter)
5.Bake at 220c for 15 minutes, then reduce to 175°C and bake for another 15–20 minutes until puffed and golden.
(Don’t open the oven during baking or they’ll collapse!)
6.Let cool slightly and dip in your cinnamon sugar mixture. Enjoy whilst still warm and crispy
