In this video, I’ll show you how to make rich and fudgy brownies using simple, wholesome ingredients — rolled oats, bananas, cocoa, and dark chocolate. No wheat flour, no refined sugar — just natural sweetness from fruit and a deep chocolate flavor. The orange zest and juice add a refreshing twist, while walnuts give a perfect crunch.
Ingredients:
1 Cup (100g) rolled oats.
3 tbsp cocoa powder.
3 eggs.
2 bananas.
1 tbsp Raisins.
1 tbsp Dried cranberries.
A bar of bitter chocolate.
1 tbsp coconut oil.
1 Orange (zest + juice).
1 tsp baking soda.
Walnuts.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 min.
1/4 cup (60ml) milk.
2 tbsp cocoa powder.
Remaining bitter chocolate.
