Single Serve Tteokbokki Rice Cakes made from scratch✨ This was only 3 ingredients & honestly super easy to make compared to pasta & gnocchi! Make sure to boil them for about 8-10 minutes until chewy before preparing them with your favorite sauce! (Recipe below)
Recipe:
Ingredients-
3/4 cup rice flour
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp hot water
Directions-
1. To a bowl, add the rice flour, salt, & hot water.
2. Mix until a dough forms, then transfer over to a cutting board or table & knead the dough for 3 minutes.
3. Roll the dough out as seen in the video & cut to desired tteokbokki length. That’s it!
4. For serving, boil the tteokbokki rice cakes for 8-10 minutes, then prepare with your favorite type of sauce & cheese. Enjoy!
