Gnocchi + tteokbokki = gnoccbokki
This was cooking in my mind for a bit and I finally made it!

Recipe
* potatoes (Yukon gold or russet are best) (clean but not skinned / not new potatoes)
* 1 cup flour
* ½ teaspoon salt
* 1 medium egg (room temperature)
Sauce
* 3 tbsp red pepper
* 3 tbsp gochu jjang
* 4 tbsp corn syrup
* 1.5 tbsp white sugar
* .5 tbsp dasida
* 2 tbsp garlic
* 1.5 tsp salt
* 1/4 cup heavy cream
Directions:
1. Roast potatoes in oven till fork tender.
2. Rice the potatoes/push through a strainer and combine with egg and flour
3. Cut into shapes and boil until floats + 1 minute
4. Icebath the gnocchi
5. Heat up all ingredients except heavy cream until combined
6. Add heavy cream and toss gnocchi in sauce
