Delicious apple pie overnight oats! 🍎🥧
A great way to hit your protein goals with a sweet treat!
RECIPE:
Oats:
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup any milk
- 1/2 cup fat free Greek yoghurt, plain
- 1 tbsp sweetener (low calorie maple syrup. If you use a powder sweetener, add a bit more milk)
- 1 scoop myprotein vanilla IWP
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Apple Pie filling:
- 2 apples, chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sweetener (low calorie maple syrup)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (or squeeze of one fresh lemon)
- Optional: 1 tsp corn starch if you’d like to speed up the thickening process
