A fudgy, decadent espresso brownie topped with a creamy coffee layer, and a dusting of cocoa powder - these are SO good!
Theyโre easy to make AND theyโre healthy ๐ฅน theyโre also gluten-free, nut-free, egg-free, refined sugar-free, and can easily be made vegan!
Hereโs what you need:
- 90 g Dark Chocolate โ ยฝ cup, chopped
- 240 g Yogurt โ 1 cup
- 125 ml Strong Black Coffee โ ยฝ cup
- 85 g Coconut Sugar โ ยฝ cup
- 90 g Oat Flour โ 1 cup
- 50 g Cocoa Powder โ ยฝ cup
- ยผ tsp Baking Soda
- Pinch of Salt
for the topping:
- 100 g Cream Cheese โ ยฝ cup
- 100 g Yogurt โ ยฝ cup
- 40 g Liquid Sweetener โ 2 tbsp
- 1 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
