🌶️ Gochujang tofu 🌶️ Little repost of this bad boy. This is one spicy dish but my word, this is up there with the nicest tofu recipes I’ve not only made, but I’ve eaten. Seriously. I won’t say too much here because the dish should speak for itself. Definitely make this made boy asap!
To make:
-break your tofu into nugget sized chunks and marinade with salt, pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil before coating in cornflour (that’s cornstarch Americans)
-fry that off in a bit of oil until it goes crispy
-in the meantime, make your marinade by combining gochujang paste, ketchup, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, agave, brown sugar, ginger and garlic then mix that up and pour it on the tofu
-cook the sauce down until it’s thickened
-serve over rice with whatever you want. I went for sesame things and green things
