To make, you need:
1 cauliflower
1tbsp Gochujang paste
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp rice wine vinegar
1tbsp maple syrup
1tsp sesame oil
1tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup tahini paste
Juice of 1 lime
Splash of water
-cut your cauli into steaks
-marinade them in a mixture of soy sauce, gochujang, rice wine vinegar, maple syrup, garlic powder and sesame oil
-pop them in the oven at about 200 degrees for half an hour flipping halfway
-with the remainder of your sauce, pour in some tahini, lime and water and mix until you get a sauce
-serve your steaks over rice with coriander and drizzle on that sauce
