해먹으리(Hemogry) - Gochujang tofu 😋 If you've never tried gochujang before, you should! It's a Korean chili paste with so much flavor and a lil spicy. If you don't have this (buy some!) you can substitute Sriracha or any other type of red chili paste. For the sauce: ▪︎ ¼ cup peanut butter ▪︎ 2 - 3 Tbsp gochujang ▪︎ ¼ cup tamari/soy sauce ▪︎ 2 Tbsp maple syrup ▪︎ ¼ cup warm water if you need to thin it out Method: 》Cook the tofu cubes in a pan with olive oil until they get a little crispy 》Add the gochujang sauce and stir occasionally.
