CARROT CAKE OVERNIGHT OATS ๐งก
This foolproof recipe makes the creamiest overnight protein oats, and this carrot cake version is a properly delicious switch-up. Double or triple the recipe to get a few daysโ worth of gorgeous breakfasts lined up ๐ซ

Serves 1.
โซ๏ธ 50g oats
โซ๏ธ 25g salted caramel soy protein
โซ๏ธ 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
โซ๏ธ 20g finely grated carrot
โซ๏ธ 10g sultanas
โซ๏ธ 10g walnuts, chopped
โซ๏ธ 1/2 tsp cinnamon
โซ๏ธ 180ml milk*
Yoghurt cream cheese:
โซ๏ธ 90g greek yoghurt
โซ๏ธ 10g cream cheese
โซ๏ธ Squeeze of vanilla flavdrops, or 1 tsp maple syrup
1. Combine all ingredients in a jar. Place in the fridge for 4+ hours, but ideally overnight.
2. Once thickened, top the jar with a layer of yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon.
