CARROT CAKE OVERNIGHT OATS 🧡
This foolproof recipe makes the creamiest overnight protein oats, and this carrot cake version is a properly delicious switch-up. Double or triple the recipe to get a few days’ worth of gorgeous breakfasts lined up 💫

Serves 1.
▫️ 50g oats
▫️ 25g salted caramel soy protein
▫️ 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
▫️ 20g finely grated carrot
▫️ 10g sultanas
▫️ 10g walnuts, chopped
▫️ 1/2 tsp cinnamon
▫️ 180ml milk*
Yoghurt cream cheese:
▫️ 90g greek yoghurt
▫️ 10g cream cheese
▫️ Squeeze of vanilla flavdrops, or 1 tsp maple syrup
1. Combine all ingredients in a jar. Place in the fridge for 4+ hours, but ideally overnight.
2. Once thickened, top the jar with a layer of yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon.
