LEMON GARLIC COTTAGE CHEESE MEATBALLS: 🍋

Ingredients:
1 Lb of ground chicken
1/2 cup cottage cheese @nancysyogurt
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup almond flour
1 egg @vitalfarms
1 tbsp of each salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme
8-9 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
1 lemon (juice of)
Paprika ( sprinkle)
Fresh Parsley and parmesan for topping( optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix all your ingredients together and form into 1 inch meatballs,
3. Line the meatballs on a sheet pan, sprinkle with paprika and spray with avocado oil and cook in the oven for 15 -20 minutes. Broil at the end for 5 mins and add to your favorite dishes!
