Peanut Butter Mousse 🥜🍨

This healthy peanut butter mousse is smooth, creamy, and packed with protein thanks to cottage cheese. It’s kind of like peanut butter cheesecake in a bowl, but made with just five simple ingredients!

Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese (look for a thick one so it blends creamy)
1/3 cup full-fat coconut cream (scoop it from the top of the can)
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 to 3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1️⃣ Blend everything in a high-speed blender until smooth.
2️⃣ Taste and add more maple syrup if you’d like it sweeter.
3️⃣ Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour for the best texture.
Top with chocolate chips, coconut flakes, or a drizzle of peanut butter if you want to level it up!
