No Bake Crunchy Chocolate PB Rice Cups ๐ซ๐ฅ
Oh guysโฆ I canโt tell you how GOOD this is!! So crunchy โ and you can keep them in the fridge to snack on all week long ๐๐ฅ
Hereโs what you need:
โข 180g natural peanut butter (just peanuts!)
โข 4 rice cakes, crushed
โข 140g dark chocolate
โข Crushed peanuts for topping
Instructions:
Mix the peanut butter and crushed rice cakes in a bowl. Press the mixture into a muffin tray and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Then melt the chocolate, pour it over the cups, top with crushed peanuts, and refrigerate again for at least 1 hour.
