No Bake Crunchy Chocolate PB Rice Cups 🍫🥜
Oh guys… I can’t tell you how GOOD this is!! So crunchy — and you can keep them in the fridge to snack on all week long 😍🔥
Here’s what you need:
• 180g natural peanut butter (just peanuts!)
• 4 rice cakes, crushed
• 140g dark chocolate
• Crushed peanuts for topping
Instructions:
Mix the peanut butter and crushed rice cakes in a bowl. Press the mixture into a muffin tray and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Then melt the chocolate, pour it over the cups, top with crushed peanuts, and refrigerate again for at least 1 hour.
