This flourless recipe delivers an incredibly silky texture that melts in your mouth—rich, flavorful and absolutely delicious!
Mold size: 15 cm in diameter, 6 cm in height
Ingredients:
white chocolate 120g, matcha powder 23g, cream cheese 230g, granulated sugar 50g, mascarpone cheese 50g, egg 3, egg yolk 1, whipping cream 230g
Tips:
1.Place the baking paper into the mold in advance.
2.Heat the cream cheese in the microwave at 500W for 20-30 seconds.
3.Eggs and mascarpone cheese should be used at room temperature.
How to make:
1.Melt 120g white chocolate over 60°C hot water, mix well, then add in 23g matcha powder and stir until combined.
2.Mix 230g cream cheese until smooth.
3.Add 50g granulated sugar and mix well.
4.Add 50g mascarpone cheese and mix evenly.
5.Add 3 eggs, 1 egg yolk and 230g whipping cream, mix well.
6.Add the melted matcha white chocolate and stir until smooth.
7.Sift the batter for one time, pour it into the mold and gently tap it a few times to release air bubbles.
8.Preheat the oven to 230°C/446° and bake for 18-21 mins until the surface turns a deep caramel color. Once baked, let it cool and refrigerate overnight.
