Cheese Boats 🧀⛵
Dough:
200 g (7 oz) oat flour
100 g (3.5 oz) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
70 ml (1/4 cup + 1 tbsp) water
Salt to taste
100 g (3.5 oz) grated hard cheese
Instructions:
Mix all dough ingredients together.
Shape into small boat-like forms.
Filling:
Feta cheese
1 tbsp sour cream
1 egg
Bake:
Fill the dough boats with the cheese mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes.
