1 Potato
30ml • Milk / Cooking Cream
½ tsp • Salt
1 tsp • Black-pepper
2 slices • Bread
50g • Mozzarella Cheese

Methods:
• Potato
- cut potato into small pieces
- in a pot, prepare water
- transfer diced potatoes into the pot
- put stove in medium heat and let it simmer
- once the water bubbles and the potato is soft, transfer into a container for seasoning
- smash the boiled potato
- pour milk, put salt and black pepper for the seasonings and mix well
• Bread & Fillings
- flatten the middle of the bread so it has space for fillings
- put mozzarella cheese and potato as much as you like
- flatten another bread and stack it on top
- spread butter on top
• Cooking / Air Fry; Potato Cheese Bread
- air-fry the bread each sides for 5 minutes at 170°C, when flipping the bread— spread more butter on top and continue air-frying it until golden brown
- or cook bread in a pan with butter at medium heat for each sides until golden brown
• Finishing; Potato Cheese Toast
- cut the toast into 4 pieces and enjoy!
