(Carrot Cake Baked Oats)

1 small carrot (shredded) ~
35g rolled oats
30g protein powder (if you don't wish to use protein powder, you can add another 20g of oats)
70g mashed banana
Quarter teaspoon of baking powder
100ml unsweetened almond milk
80g high protein vanilla yoghurt (I like pauls)
25g light cream cheese (I use philadelphia lightest)
4 pecans (chopped)
Follow the video for instructions
(You can also add sweetener to the top layer if you want extra sweetness)
Cook for ~ 30 mins @ 180 celcius or 357 farenheit
