Topping: 2 biscoff biscuits, chopped METHOD: 👉🏼 Whisk the wet ingredients then stir in the dry. 👉🏼 Add grated carrot and fold into batter. 👉🏼 Transfer batter into 6 mini silicone loaves and bake for approx 20-25 minutes (longer if baking as 1 large loaf). 👉🏼 Let cool before icing and topping with biscoff biscuit crumbs.
