KOREAN POTATO CHEESE CAKES...

Hello guys, I absolutely loved these Korean Potato Cheese Cakes. These are quite similar to our Indian aloo tikki but with cheese stuffing. It tastes absolutely wonderful. Do try this, I am sure you will love it.
Ingredients :
1. Potatoes boiled and mashed
2. Corn Flour
3. Salt to Taste
4. Black Pepper
5. Mozzarella Cheese
6. Chilli Flakes
7. Oregano
8. Oil
Method :
1. In the Bowl add Potato, Corn Starch, Salt to taste, and Black Pepper. Mix well and make a Dough.
2. In another bowl add Mozzarella Cheese, Chilli Flakes, Oregano and mix well.
3. Now take a scoop of potato dough, flatten it and fill the cheese. Give it Patty/Cake like Shape by flattening it.
4. Shallow or Deep Fry these Oil.
And these are ready to serve. Enjoy with some chutney or sauce.
