1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey
3 tbsp. mini chocolate chips (+ extra for coating)
RECIPE:
1. Stir together the almond flour and maple syrup/honey (if using honey, add 1/2 tbsp. extra)— then add in the chocolate chips.
2. Use a mini cookie scoop to make about 13 bites, freeze for 15 minutes, then coat in melted chocolate. Best stored in the fridge or freezer; enjoy!
