Makes 12 bites
🤍 Ingredients 🤍
60g rolled oats
30g protein powder ( we used vanilla )
30g smooth peanut butter
20g maple syrup
50ml almond milk
150g frozen raspberries
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp chia seeds
40g biscoff spread
⭐️ METHOD ⭐️
In a bowl, mix together your oats, protein powder, peanut butter, maple syrup and milk until fully combined then pop to the side.
Add your raspberries to a saucepan with your water and chia seeds then simmer on a medium heat until they start to soften then use a spoon to flatten your raspberries. Leave to simmer for a few more minutes on a low heat until you get a thick mixture then leave to cool.
Grab a lined dish then add your oat mixture and flatten using a spoon before topping with your raspberry mixture then drizzle over your melted biscoff spread and pop in the freezer for 1 hour then slice into squares and enjoy!
