Add your raspberries to a saucepan with your water and chia seeds then simmer on a medium heat until they start to soften then use a spoon to flatten your raspberries. Leave to simmer for a few more minutes on a low heat until you get a thick mixture then leave to cool. Grab a lined dish then add your oat mixture and flatten using a spoon before topping with your raspberry mixture then drizzle over your melted biscoff spread and pop in the freezer for 1 hour then slice into squares and enjoy!
