Here’s what you need:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups greek yogurt
1 cup almond flour
3 scoops vanilla protein
1/4 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
Chocolate chips to your hearts desire!
Blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Whisk the cottage cheese, yogurt, vanilla, sweetener and almond butter. Stir in the almond flour, protein powder and salt until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to overnight. Enjoy!
