Apple Baked Oats - Save Recipe Below 👇
That’s basically weight loss cake!!! Make sure you add the bake powder (not filmed)
Nutrition - 500 kcal (34P, 70C, 13F)
Ingredients-
50g oats
150g apple
150g greek yogurt (0%)
2 medium eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
Just mix everything together and bake for 25 minutes at 200C. I served mine with a little yogurt and fruit compote.
