SOUFFLE STYLE PROTEIN PANCAKES 🥞 enjoy for just 372 calories & 36g protein 💪

These pancakes are an absolute treat! They’re sweet, fluffy and just perfect if you’re looking for a high protein breakfast, snack or dessert 😍

INGREDIENTS:
- 2x medium eggs
- 6x tbsp semi skimmed milk
- 1x tbsp plain flour
- 25g @myprotein whey protein ( I used flavour white gold )
- 2x tsp sugar
- 3g icing sugar
- 50g frozen blueberries

METHOD:
1) Carefully separate the egg yolk from the egg white. Add your milk to the egg yolk then whisk together.
2) Next sift in your plain flour and protein powder and whisk again until you have a thick consistency.
3) Pop to one side, grab your egg whites and whisk before adding in your sugar then whisk it again until it gets a stiff peak.
4) Mix in a heaped spoonful of the egg white mixture into your egg yolk before adding in the remainder of the egg white mixture and carefully mix until combined (be careful not to over mix).
5) Add some frylight to a pan and cook your pancakes on a low heat until golden. I also added in half a teaspoon of water to the pan and covered the pancakes before flipping them.
6) Serve your pancakes with a sprinkle of icing sugar and blueberries then enjoy!
