✰ 16 oz chicken breast
✰ your fav seasonings: I did garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper
✰ 2 tsp baking soda
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix ground chicken with seasonings and baking soda.
3. Roll on parchment paper is thin as possible. It’s best if you use Saran Wrap on top and a rolling pin to flatten so it doesn’t stick.
4. Bake for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until chicken becomes crunchy. (I know - it will take longer than you think. It’ll be a bit flimsy before it crisps up so don’t freak out lol)
5. Make a dip or eat it as is and enjoy!
