Garlicky Onion Dip 🧄 – creamy, rich, and full of flavor!
Slowly cooking garlic until soft + golden helps make this creamy, buttery garlic sauce ready to be used as a dip, pasta sauce or salad dressing

Ingredients:
- 4 large bulbs of garlic (around 30-40 cloves)
- 2 shallots or 1 white onion
- olive oil for frying
- 8 tbsp vg cream cheese
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- bunch of fresh parsley + chives
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt n pepper to taste
- fresh chives/parsley, chilli oil, crispy onions to garnish and chips, bread or over pasta!
Instructions:
- remove the cloves then slowly simmer them in oil with the onions on a low heat until brown.
- blend or mash with the cream cheese, lemon juice, salt n pepper into a smooth dip.
- garnish then serve with chips, bread or over pasta
