Hereโs what you need:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
Sea salt
Optional: black pepper, sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning
Instruction:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Whisk the cottage and egg until combined. Spoon into 3-4 circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 18-25 minutes until the top is lightly browned but soft to the touch. (The bottoms as shown in the video will be more browned than the top) Let cool for 5 minutes then remove and top with toppings.
