Ingredients:
- cooking spray, 2 seconds
- scallions, 1/2 stalk
- garlic, 2 cloves
- extra lean ground chicken, 5 oz
- corn starch, 2 tsp
- water, 1/4 cup
- egg, 2 large
- sauce: 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp dark soy, 2 tsp monkfruit sugar, dash white pepper powder
Steps:
1. over medium heat and cooking spray, cook garlic, scallions, and extra lean ground chicken
2. pour in sauce and corn starch slurry, simmer for 2 min
3. crack in two eggs and cook to desired doneness (I like runny so it took ~3 min, no lid)
4. optionally garnish with scallions and chili peppers, and serve!
