Swapped celery for carrot because
I think it actually tastes better.
It’s creamy from the cottage cheese, fresh from the apple and cucumber, and it’ll keep you out of the pantry all arvo!
👨🍳 Ingredients you’ll need:
✅ 120g Tuna (drained)
✅ 100g Carrot (diced)
✅ 60g Cucumber (diced)
✅ 130g Apple (diced)
The Sauce:
✅ 120g Cottage Cheese
✅ 40g Greek Yoghurt
✅ 5g Dijon Mustard
✅ 2g Garlic (minced or powder)
✅ Salt and Pepper (to taste)
✅ Dill (optional)
