Recipe below ๐ SAVE these 4 ingredient Snickers cookies because they are just SO tasty, and theyโre also no blend, vegan, GF and no refined sugar!
These are my new favourite treat, and Iโm pretty sure youโre going to love them too.
Hereโs how ๐ฉโ๐ณ
For the base
๐น1/2 cup ground oats (oats blended to form a flour)
๐น1/4 cup peanut butter
๐น3 tbsp pure maple syrup
Optional: pinch of salt
For the caramel:
๐น 1/4 cup peanut butter
๐น 1/4 cup maple syrup
Optional: 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
๐น150g chocolate, for topping with (if you also want to keep it refined sugar free I love using @rawhalo @nibblesimply @hukitchen)
* if you donโt want to make your own caramel, @naturescharm sauce is amazing too!
โช๏ธAdd the ground oats, cashew butter, maple syrup and salt to a bowl and mix well, then roll the mixture into 6 small balls and flatten into patties.
โช๏ธPlace on a lined baking tray and bake at 180C for 15 minutes or until golden on top. Leave to cool.
โช๏ธMake the caramel by mixing the cashew butter and maple syrup together until well combined.
โช๏ธSpread a spoonful of caramel on each of bases, then melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in it on a low heat and spoon a generous tablespoon of chocolate into each twix cup.
โช๏ธPlace in the fridge until set, then dig in!
