Pumpkin Pie Protein Ice Cream 🎃👻
A sweet treat with 42g of protein per portion!
Ingredients:
Base:
- 280g skimmed milk
- 35g @myprotein vanilla Impact Whey Protein
- Dash of mixed spice
- Pinch of salt
Mix-in:
- 1.5 Biscoff cookies
Topping:
- Dollop of whipped cream
- 0.5 Biscoff cookie, crumbled
Method:
1. Combine the base ingredients and freeze for at least 8 hours.
2. First, mix on the light ice cream setting. Pause, add one and a half of the cookies, reserving half of one for toppings, and mix again.
3. Top with crumbled biscuit and whipped cream, and enjoy!
