Lemon pepper chicken that’s crispy with honey
Sandwich of the week right here, I’m 100% sure of it. Lemon pepper chicken was a surprise to me. This thing was crazy good. I want to thank everyone who took time in one of my last videos to give me advice on losing weight. I honestly was just expecting people to troll me and stuff like that but it was the complete opposite. You guys rock and please give me all the advice you can. It helped me so much to get through my last wall!
Recipe
Air fried chicken
Take one thigh and dredge it in flour, egg, then crushed corn flakes. Spray with a 0 calorie oil spray and get it in your air fryer at 385 for 16 minutes flipping half way through. Cook till an internal of 165F is reached

Lemon pepper sauce
In a pan add light butter, lemon, soy sauce, black pepper, and honey. Heat and mix till thickened and sticky. Serve warm or it will get too solid to coat chicken

In a container add cucumber, red onion, salt pepper, olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, honey, ( chile crunch optional ) close lid and shake well
