2 Eggs 100g
Water180g
Whole milk 180g
Canola oil 180g
Sugar 200g
Baking soda 8g
Baking powder 4g
Salt 2g
Cocoa Powder 60g
Cake flour 220g
Bake at 320F for 30 minutes.
* I used a convection oven, Unox. Baking time can be different on the amount or your oven.

Dark chocolate (60%), Melted 120g
Unsalted butter, Room temp 100g
Powdered sugar 60g
Cocoa powder 25g
Heavy cream 50g
