So quick & easy for a lunch, snack, party, cookout, appetizer or whatever you want it to be
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup thawed frozen spinach
1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
1/4 cup low fat shredded mozzarella
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix everything together & top with some extra cheese if desired
2. Bake at 350 for 20 min & broil for 3-5 min or until golden
~ calories for whole recipe: ~350cal | ~45g protein
