This is how to prepare my Overnight oats for breakfast!
Ingredients:
1/2 banana
2-3 pieces medium strawberries
80 g oatmeal
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoon greek yogurt
1/4 tespoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon maple syrup ( any sweetener of your choice )
200 ml oat milk ( any milk of your choice )
cover and keep in fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
bring out in a morning and add some toppings as you like
toppings;
slice strawberries
banana
walnuts
dried cherries
peanut butter
