Welcome to pt 1 of my series on eating comfort foods to get shredded😈
Mac & cheese is my all-time favorite comfort food so I spent months trying out every recipe I could find… and this one definitely wins🏆
ALL the recipes in this series are going to be:

RECIPE:
Calories: 375
Protein: 42g
Carbs: 38g
Fat: 5g
5 Ingredients: 📋
56g Banza pasta (or any chickpea pasta)
1 cup of bone broth
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast (don’t skip this… it adds so much flavor !!)
28g light mozzarella cheese
Instructions: 👩🏼🍳
1. Cook the pasta in the bone broth in a pan
2. Blend together the cottage cheese, nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp of water, and any other seasonings you want like garlic, salt, onion, pepper, etc
3. Once the pasta is cooked, add in the blended mixture and melt the shredded cheese on top🥳
