my protein mac & cheese recipe ๐๐ป
Welcome to pt 1 of my series on eating comfort foods to get shredded๐
Mac & cheese is my all-time favorite comfort food so I spent months trying out every recipe I could findโฆ and this one definitely wins๐
ALL the recipes in this series are going to be:

โ Take less than 10 mins to make

โ and obviously taste amazing
RECIPE:
Calories: 375
Protein: 42g
Carbs: 38g
Fat: 5g
5 Ingredients: ๐
56g Banza pasta (or any chickpea pasta)
1 cup of bone broth
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast (donโt skip thisโฆ it adds so much flavor !!)
28g light mozzarella cheese
Instructions: ๐ฉ๐ผโ๐ณ
1. Cook the pasta in the bone broth in a pan
2. Blend together the cottage cheese, nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp of water, and any other seasonings you want like garlic, salt, onion, pepper, etc
3. Once the pasta is cooked, add in the blended mixture and melt the shredded cheese on top๐ฅณ
