If you’re craving something a little different, healthy, and high protein this snickers yoghurt bowl is for you 😎 HOWEVER I need to say that if you’re craving a snickers bar you should absolutely eat one, because life is *objectively* too short not to🕺
I am in love with a chocolate bar inspired yoghurt bowls though. What would you like to see next?
✨✨recipe✨✨
200g of plain Greek yoghurt (I used @fage_uk )
10g of runny peanut butter (can also use pb powder)
15g of a vanilla protein powder (I use @musclenationfood ) code JULES))
For the caramel:
1 tsp of maple syrup
5-10g of peanut butter
Splash of milk to thin
For the chocolate top:
Small handful of crushed peanuts
15g of dark chocolate
Mix yoghurt ingredients together and add to a glass of small bowl
Make the caramel (it will look clumpy with the milk but keep mixing!), then spread a layer over the yoghurt
Microwave the chocolate to melt, then add in the crushed peanuts and drizzle over the yoghurt, covering the top. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens and enjoy!
