Caramel Apple Bark Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 1 Granny Smith Apple (sliced into rounds)
• Date Caramel: 8 soaked dates, ½ tsp vanilla, dash of salt, ⅓ cup almond milk (blend until creamy)
• ½ a dark chocolate bar melted with 1 tsp coconut oil
• Peanuts, shredded coconut for toppings
Instructions:
1. Coat each apple slice with the date caramel.
2. Sprinkle with your favorite toppings (I love peanuts and coconut!).
3. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top, then sprinkle a touch of sea salt.
4. Pop it in the freezer for a few hours until set—and try not to eat the whole tray in one sitting! 😜
