These cookies are soft on the inside, slightly crispy on the outside, with a refreshing citrus aroma and a delicate texture.
They're made without sugar, without wheat flour, and without fuss - a perfect healthy dessert for tea!
📝 Ingredients
Oatmeal - 1 cup → make flour from whole grain oats
Peanut powder - 1 tbsp
Yogurt - 2 tbsp
A little baking powder
Wait 5 minutes (an important step for texture!)
Lime zest
Vanillin
Butter - 30 g
Maple syrup - 1-2 tbsp spoons
🔪 How to cook:
Grind oats into flour.
Mix oat flour, peanut powder, baking powder and vanilla.
Add yogurt, lime zest, melted butter and maple syrup.
Stir and let sit for 5 minutes.
Form cookies, place on parchment.
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
