소 1.5kg 미지근한 물에 2시간 핏물빼구요

배 1/2개, 양파 1/2개, 미림 1/2컵(90ml) 갈아서 넣고
진/양조간장 2/3컵(120ml), 흑설탕 3스푼, 물엿 4스푼, 마늘 2스푼, 후추랑 참기름 2스푼에
고기 잠길 정도만 물을 넣고 끓여요
거품이 뜨면 걷어내고
중약불에 50분 푹 끓여주고
표고버섯 8개, 당근 1/2개, 밤넣고 추가로 20분 졸여주면
Today I will eat braised beef ribs.

Add 8 shiitake mushrooms, 1/2 carrot, and chestnuts and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
