INGREDIENTS:
▪️ 1 large tomato (about 6.3–7 oz)
▪️ 1 1/4 cups rolled oats (about 4.2 oz)
▪️ 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
▪️ Spices to taste: sweet paprika, oregano, pepper, salt
⏳ Time: 12–14 min | 🌡 Temp: 350°F in air fryer
STEPS:
1️⃣ In a food processor, blend the tomato, oats, olive oil, and spices until you get a thick, smooth dough.
2️⃣ Spread the mixture onto parchment paper or an air fryer liner, shaping it into a rectangle or circle, keeping it thin.
3️⃣ Score the surface with a knife to mark portions.
4️⃣ Air fry at 350°F for 12–14 minutes, until golden and crispy.
5️⃣ Let cool completely so they firm up.
