Easy Hummus Recipe 🥙
Creamy, smooth, and packed with flavor—perfect as a dip or spread!

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chickpeas (200ml)
3 tbsp olive oil
½ cup tahini (100 ml)
Juice of 1 lemon
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
½ tsp cumin
For topping:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
Sumac
Parsley
Instructions:
- Add the cooked and peeled chickpeas, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, and cumin into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- For a softer texture, you can add a little cooking water from the chickpeas.
- Spread the hummus onto a plate, drizzle with olive oil, and top with whole chickpeas.
- Finish with paprika, sumac, and chopped parsley.
- Optional: heat the paprika in olive oil before drizzling for extra flavor.
- Enjoy!
