만드는 법
1.한치손질
*내장제거 후 3번씻기
2.야채썰기
*대파 1개 채썰기
*쪽파 .미나리 6센티 썰기
*청고추1개 어슷썰기
*마늘 2알 편썰기
3.재료담기
*1단 찜기에 종이호일 ㅡ대파채ㅡ한치
*2단찜기에 종이호일 ㅡ쪽파.미나리
4.찌기
*김오른 냄비ㅡ찜기 1.2단 올리고 5분ㅡ7분
5. 초고추장
*사과2배식초2ㅡ3큰술.다진마늘1큰술.다진대파1/2큰술.매실엑기스1큰술.흰설탕3큰술.물엿1큰술.고운고추가루1큰술.고추장1 5큰술.
6.접시담기
