Wash and pat dry the king oyster mushrooms, then tear them into strips along the grain. Slicing with a knife is also okay.

Spread the mushroom strips in a single layer in an air fryer. Cook at 170°C for 10 minutes, then flip them and cook for another 5 minutes until chewy.

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, perilla powder, allulose, minced garlic, and sesame oil to make the seasoning sauce.

Add the air-fried mushrooms to the sauce and mix well to coat them evenly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Enjoy the seasoned mushrooms as a side dish, or mix them with rice, crushed tofu, and a fried egg to make a delicious bibimbap.
