PB & J PROTEIN OAT CUPS 🤎
These are the perfect mid morning / afternoon snack to make in bulk and keep in the fridge for whenever you wanna munch on something sweet. SO, SO GOOD
For 6 oat cups:
▫️ 120g rolled oats
▫️ 40g natural smooth peanut butter
▫️ 60g vanilla protein* - mixed with 30ml water (add more for vegan protein) to form a thick paste
▫️ 6 tsps raspberry jam
▫️ 60g dark chocolate
▫️ 10g coconut oil
▫️ Flaky sea salt
✨ simply mix all the ingredients together, then once a sticky mixture forms, pack it down into muffin liners, or straight into a silicone tray. Top each with a tsp of jam, then place in the freezer for 1-2 hours to set. Pour over your melted chocolate, then sprinkle the salt to finish. ENJOY!
