SWEET POTATO CHEESE BUNS 🍠🧀🥖
INGREDIENTS:
▪️ 1 cooked sweet potato (about 7 oz flesh)
▪️ 1 ½ cups tapioca flour (7 oz / 200g)
▪️ 1 ½ cups shredded cheese (6.7 oz / 190g)
▪️ 3 tbsp olive oil (1.5 oz / 45g)
▪️ 3 tbsp milk (1.5 fl oz / 45g)
▪️ 1 medium egg
⏳ Time: 20 minutes
🌡 Oven: 350°F
STEPS:
1️⃣ Cook the sweet potato until soft, peel it, and mash with a fork.
2️⃣ Add tapioca flour, shredded cheese, olive oil, milk, and the egg. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
3️⃣ Shape the dough into small buns with your hands.
4️⃣ Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5️⃣ Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, until golden and fluffy.
