HEALTHY SNACK IN 10 MINUTES 🤤
INGREDIENTS:
▪️ 1.4 oz melted dark chocolate
▪️ 1 rice cake
▪️ 1 tsp peanut butter
▪️ Fresh blueberries (a handful)
▪️ 1 tsp plain yogurt
▪️ Chopped almonds for topping
⏳ Time: 30 min in fridge
STEPS:
1️⃣ Melt the dark chocolate and spread a thin base on parchment paper or in a small mold.
2️⃣ Place the rice cake on top.
3️⃣ Spread peanut butter over the rice cake.
4️⃣ Add blueberries and a little yogurt.
5️⃣ Cover with more melted chocolate to seal the snack.
6️⃣ Sprinkle with chopped almonds and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
